Adrift

A live timer for the minutes that drift away.

Adrift puts a quiet timer in your iPhone's Dynamic Island while you're inside distracting apps — counting the current session as it happens, with gentle reminders at thresholds you choose. It states facts, never verdicts. No account, no dashboard sprawl, no shame.

You build the tracker yourself, with two small automations per app in Apple's Shortcuts app, guided step by step. That's the point: Adrift never asks permission to watch you.
